Duration: 3 Hours
Myself and my friend Nick and his dog Roger have taken a short 2 night trip to the lovely Peak District for a bit of climbing and walking. We spent the morning at Horseshoe Quarry doing a selection of Sport Climbing routes before heading back to the campsite at North Lees and heading out on a walk up along Stanage Edge from Trig to Trig.
Just a few moments after starting the walk we have a view up to Stanage Edge from the road. The forecast was for rain all afternoon but so far its remained dry!
Looking a bit gloomy over there!

Stanage Edge - surely one of the most amazing places in the Peaks?
Its a fair way to go to the northern summit of High Neb.
Following the Sheffield Country Walk.
High Neb summit Trig. It started raining just a minute or so before we arrived here.
An old millstone left at the base of Stanage Edge.
