With a very slight lifting of lockdown restrictions (in terms of being allowed to travel for exercise) I headed to the coast at Wivenhoe to enjoy a lovely estuary walk.

The River Colne.
From the estuary we headed up onto a slight hill for more distant views.
Enjoying the view from the hill.
Rejoining the Colne. So much wildlife along the river. Plenty of wading birds.
Following the river back to Wivenhoe.
