Weavers Way Pt 3

Distance: 18.2km (11.3 Miles)
Ascent: 100m (328ft)
Duration: 3 Hours 23 Minutes

Part 3 of my Weavers Way Walk. A linear route to Felmingham from Stalham with someone to pick me up at the other end. This would leave about 34km to do in one last final day.

It might look all run down and horrible but this is where Stalham Train Station used to be.

And the weavers way follows the old railway line out of the town.

Lots of opportunities to see wildlife along the route.

But without elevation the views were restricted to just the nearby fields.

Honing Lock on the way past. It is just slightly off route by about 30 seconds.

Old bridges over the old railway line.

The remains of Briggate Railway Station. The history on this section really focuses on the industrial age.

Lots of Bluebells in the woods today!

St Nicholas Church in the centre of North Walsham.

And my final destination for today which is the old railway station at Felmingham.
