Long Distance Guided Walks: Stour Valley Path | Part 2 - River and Railway

Part 2 - River and Railway

Day 2 of my Long Distance walk along the Stour Valley Path in Suffolk. Starting at the village of Kedington I head though open countryside to Stoke by Clare, through Clare, Cavendish, Glemsford and end the days walk at Long Melford.

The Stour Valley Path is a 62 mile long distance route through the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex Countryside. Starting off at Newmarket the route passes through rural countryside, visiting the towns and villages of Clare, Long Melford, Sudbury, Bures and Stoke By Nayland before finishing by the coast at Cattawade Marshes.
